4 DAYS AND 3 NIGHTS: From Marrakech

 

Day 1: High Atlas Mountains,Ounila valley, Ksar Ait Ben Haddou, and Ouarzazate.

 

At 8am, your guide will pick you up at your accommodation, then it will be the departure for an unforgettable journey! Leaving Marrakech, you can start admiring the olive trees and cactus of the Zat valley. After a break to admire the Wadi, the small villages hanging on the mountain and the fig trees, you will resume the road. At the inhabitant, you can sip a delicious mint tea, before passing the Tichka pass, over 2260 m/(7,400ft) above sea level. It will be an opportunity to make several stops to take pictures of the beautiful landscapes. Later on, at the Ounila valley the scenery then changes, with arid peaks, rocky outcrops and ksour (fortified villages) filling the presaharien landscape like Ait Ben Haddou- where we will stop for a delicious traditional lunch. This 1000-year-old fortified city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Located along the ancient caravan route between the Sahara and Marrakech in the province of Ouarzazate. After the visit of the Kasbah, we will hIt the road to the legendary film studios of Ouarzazate, where many famous movies have been filmed, such as "Lawrence of Arabia «," Gladiator "or" Asterix and Obelix "... After the visit, we will drive to you accommodation for the night.

 

Day 2: Skuora’s Oasis, Rose’s valley, Toudgha Gorge, Ziz Valley, Desert of Merzouga.

 

After having breakfast, we will have a short ride in the Kasbah of Taourirt before driving to  the roses valley and the road of 1000 kasbahs, where is the dense palmery of Skoura oasis, with thousands of palms stretching as far as the eye can see .A stop will be there to visit Amridil Kasbah’s.you will resume the road passing through the fabulous scenery of DADES GORGE, where the near-vertical rock strata have been eroded into fins and razorback ridges of red, green and ochre.One hour later, we will arrive to the magnificent limestone ravine Toudgha gorges . It left again for a leap in the past in Erfoud, well known for its archaeological sites and its many fossils passing by Tinjdad and the Ziz valley, the fabulous black desert, especially the fabulous caves with their underground river 60 km long, you will arrive on the highest dunes of Morocco (300m) from the authentic desert of Erg Chebbi.  While admiring the sunset on the dunes. After a mint tea around a bivouac where music and folklore will charm you, and after a delicious typical dinner, you will spend a magical night under an authentic Berber tent, admiring the starry sky.

 

Day 3: Tazarine, Draa Valley, Black Canyon, Ouarzazate

 

After enjoying the sunrise , having breakfast,and refreshing yourself.We will take adifferent way back to African Hollywood  Ouarzazte passing  bythe towns of Alnif and Tazarine, famous for Henna agriculture, and we will make a stop for a traditional lunch in the oasis of 45 kasbahs. There the road joins to the Draa vally,a wide green swath of date palmspink mud villages.Moroco's longest river We will go after seeing the longest valley of Morocco. After visiting the palm grove , you will take cntinue to explore the heart of the Atlas and the Black Canyon. A few stops to cool off, drink a mint tea before bieng back to Ouarzazate for the  night in a small hotel or a Riad.

 

 Day 4: Fint oasis,Ounila Valley, Talouit Kasbah, Atlas Mountains,Marrackech

 

In the morning and after having breakfast. We will return to Marrakech the first 100 km by different roads, so that you can explore all the pretty corners of the southern region, such Fint oasis, the beautiful Ounila valley, the small Berber villages, different landscapes and the Kasbah of TElouat , Former Pasha of Marrakech. After lunch, we will pass through the Atlas mountains, where we will take a break to drink a mint tea and take some pictures, before dropping you off at your accommodation in Marrakech.
